1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

[LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as EON Report, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refunds.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@eon-report.com and we will raise it with Paddle for you.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Reports, templates and history created during your subscription remain viewable after cancellation, in read-only form.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a renewal is charged in error, or you meant to cancel before it, contact us and we will arrange a refund of that renewal.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Banks typically take between three and ten working days to show the credit.
