Refund Policy

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

EON Report offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

2. How to request a refund

We sell directly to you. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf; we handle all refund requests ourselves.

To request a refund, email us at support@eon-report.com from the address you used at checkout and we will process it for you.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Reports, templates and history created during your subscription remain viewable after cancellation, in read-only form.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a renewal is charged in error, or you meant to cancel before it, contact us and we will arrange a refund of that renewal.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take between three and ten working days to show the credit.
