1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of EON Report (“the Service”), which is provided by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as EON Report (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you enter into a contract with us, on behalf of yourself and the business you register, and confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts and access levels

Each business is issued a unique company number. Users sign in with that company number, a username and a password.

Access levels (Shift Leader, Manager, Multi Site Manager) determine what a user can see and do. You are responsible for granting the right level to the right people and for keeping credentials confidential.

3. Your data

You own the reports, templates and business information you enter. We process it only to provide the Service, and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for making sure the data you enter is accurate and that you have the right to store any personal information it contains.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to store unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other businesses' data, or to disrupt the platform for others.

5. Subscriptions, payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with reasonable notice. New businesses get a 30-day free trial; after it ends, an active subscription is required to create or edit reports, templates, targets and users, though existing data stays viewable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, set out in our Refund Policy.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Promotional codes may grant free or discounted access on the terms stated when the code is issued.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but it is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is used unlawfully.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
